Do you want to be rich and prosperous?? Adopt this attribute - Yog E-Link



Yes, very interesting thing is this. We all have a desire of money in this life too. Because it is a workplace, and we can not stay here without doing anything. And we all want to get progress in this life.

The amazing thing is that progress is being made by humans, that is, giving them the right knowledge of that subject and accordingly, making their daily routine, but still there is no doubt that there is not much progress. The reason that we have lost the basic attributes of our soul.

Want to know that quality? That is the quality - Purity.
"Purity is the mother of Peace of Prosperity." 
This is a popular saying. It is mentioned in all the Vedas scriptures. But not all humans think about adopting it. But whoever has adopted this sanctity, peace, happiness, satisfaction, prosperity come automatically to him. Do not run behind them. Because where there is purity, all attainments are automatically there.

The example is always in front of everyone, we all know that these deities, saints or great souls, gurus etc. are the greatness of purity in them, then only all humans worship them. If we go into further expansion, by establishing an idol of a god, in a short time a large temple is built. Whether the temple is in a village or not.

That idol does nothing and comes, the fundamental virtue of that god - is the symbol of the power of purity. Where there is purity, all the attainments, whether it is happiness, glory, food or money, all come automatically.

So we have to Imbibe the virtue of purity in ourselves, from which all the receipts will be attracted to us automatically, we will not have to follow them.

We all want to live a happy life. But somewhere, at some point we feel bored or bored very quickly, the reason is that we do not like to do anything continuously in the same way.

For example, we see that if we only eat one dish every day, what will happen? One day, two days, three days, after that? After that it will look like we are a patient. In the same way food of our mind is our thoughts. And our thoughts are getting affected by our routine.

If our routine is always the same, there is no innovation in it, then we feel extinguished in life. So we need to, innovate in our daily routine. Or you can say that the same routine is to be lived in a innovative way. This will keep us excited and we can construct a positive resolution. And live every day with new excitement and hope.

Balance in life ~ Balance before it's too late - Yog E-Link





Everything and anything in our life needs balance. I was thinking, in our school days, we were studying appx 8 subjects in a day and it was too easy to handle 8 subjects. Not only that after the school time we used to play we use to watch TV and also we use to spend time with our family. Ultimately we used to enjoy your life. But after we became big and responsible, we had the same time limit but I think somewhere the discipline or balance has gone. 1 or 2 subjects also were too hard to handle. After the education finished, there is no subject to study and there is no written exam but we couldn't enjoy your life because of imbalance.  

Now the question is what is imbalance??

That we need to think. What I realise is that when we were small then we had a discipline of life which our parents taught us and that discipline was making us balanced.  There was some strictness of our parents. 

Now when we are big now, we are the owners of our routine, thoughts and actions.  So we are doing what we like, not that what we should do. 


We are not able to live our professional life and personal life as well. We are not able to complete our task and also not able to give time to our family and friends. The result is we are not happy or content in our life. When we spent time with our near and dear ones, we feel lively. 

So these simple steps will help to make the life balanced

1. List out the things which to be done
2. Prioritize that list
3. Give time to all of things, whether u give only 5 minutes of time.
4. Take action accordingly.

Suffering from Unwanted or Not Related Thoughts?? The Reason can be Your Food - Yog E-Link


We are living a simple life. But sometimes those thoughts will come in mind with that no relation is there with our life. For example - we are living a good life and enjoying too with our family, in the middle the unwanted thoughts will come for the insecurity of future or tension to generate more money, doubting on our trusted staff or our family members etc.

Now I want to ask, are you eating outside the home like in hotel, street side shops, in your friends home or somewhere else??

Yes! It has direct connection with your thoughts. I will explain you how.

First we need to know about ourselves. We are human being which means Human + Being.
Human is the body which is made up of the 5 elements of Nature which are - Fire, Earth, Sky, Air and Water.
Being is the subtle energy which can not be seen with this body made up of 5 element of nature.

So basically, I am that subtle spiritual energy. I am the one who is the owner of this body and make this body move. So I work with my 3 Main Powers which are -
Mind - मन
Intellect - बुद्धि
Impression - संस्कार

In this way, when I create thought through my mind, the thought vibrates to the environment. and more interestingly my thoughts vibrations can be transferred through 2 organ of my body mainly.
These are-
(1) Eyes
(2) Hands

And you will be surprised to know that every thought we are creating has an effect. When we are doing handshake or staring somebody also, our vibrations are transferring.

So when I am cooking with the positive thoughts or happy thoughts, with my hands the good and happy vibrations will go to the food. and this food will create happiness and a good feelings inside them whoever will eat this food.
Similarly, if I am so sad or creating negative thoughts of jealousy, anger, sadness, hatredness or in tension etc, the one who will eat this will get the same feelings.

There is a saying- " How the food fill be, so will be the mind"
"जैसा अन्न वैसा मन "

So when we are eating outside in hotel or street side or in somebody's house. we don't know with what problems or tension they are going through. May be they have relationship issue in their family or any financial issue or health issue or any other tensions. So when we are getting unnecessary thoughts, we are not connected with, it means these thought are forced to create in our mind by food. Food can be liquid also like tea, coffee etc.

So Be Careful while accepting food outside. and while cooking, create good, positive and Happy thoughts.
