Depression - Avoid Feeling Sadness - Yog E- Link


Depression is a worldwide disease. Disease itself says - Dis + Ease. In simple words, the person is not in ease. Many people becomes depressed by one or more influences during the day. One moment they are okay, they are happy, but afters some time, they are depressed. This happens quite often and there are many reasons for it.

When a persons comes to the conclusion that he or she is of no use, then depression occurs.  "I am useless, I am completely useless." When someone sees that another person is moving forward, being praised, or gaining some benefits in comparison to him, he thinks, "What am I getting! I am of no use." He might even say to himself, "There is no one as useless I am." People even drown themselves when they feel such degraded  feelings.

Now, at this time, we should arouse within ourselves, as well as develop the self confidence as soon as the issue arises or some situation happens. Just we need to remind ourselves our real self respect, which we have already saw in the earlier post- Remain In Self Respect, The Universe will follow you in every aspect .

Suffering from Unwanted or Not Related Thoughts?? The Reason can be Your Food - Yog E-Link


We are living a simple life. But sometimes those thoughts will come in mind with that no relation is there with our life. For example - we are living a good life and enjoying too with our family, in the middle the unwanted thoughts will come for the insecurity of future or tension to generate more money, doubting on our trusted staff or our family members etc.

Now I want to ask, are you eating outside the home like in hotel, street side shops, in your friends home or somewhere else??

Yes! It has direct connection with your thoughts. I will explain you how.

First we need to know about ourselves. We are human being which means Human + Being.
Human is the body which is made up of the 5 elements of Nature which are - Fire, Earth, Sky, Air and Water.
Being is the subtle energy which can not be seen with this body made up of 5 element of nature.

So basically, I am that subtle spiritual energy. I am the one who is the owner of this body and make this body move. So I work with my 3 Main Powers which are -
Mind - मन
Intellect - बुद्धि
Impression - संस्कार

In this way, when I create thought through my mind, the thought vibrates to the environment. and more interestingly my thoughts vibrations can be transferred through 2 organ of my body mainly.
These are-
(1) Eyes
(2) Hands

And you will be surprised to know that every thought we are creating has an effect. When we are doing handshake or staring somebody also, our vibrations are transferring.

So when I am cooking with the positive thoughts or happy thoughts, with my hands the good and happy vibrations will go to the food. and this food will create happiness and a good feelings inside them whoever will eat this food.
Similarly, if I am so sad or creating negative thoughts of jealousy, anger, sadness, hatredness or in tension etc, the one who will eat this will get the same feelings.

There is a saying- " How the food fill be, so will be the mind"
"जैसा अन्न वैसा मन "

So when we are eating outside in hotel or street side or in somebody's house. we don't know with what problems or tension they are going through. May be they have relationship issue in their family or any financial issue or health issue or any other tensions. So when we are getting unnecessary thoughts, we are not connected with, it means these thought are forced to create in our mind by food. Food can be liquid also like tea, coffee etc.

So Be Careful while accepting food outside. and while cooking, create good, positive and Happy thoughts.

Only Key to Change Thought Process - 'SOS' - Yog E-Link






Hello Friends,

Are you suffering from unwanted and too many thoughts?? Yes, this is a suffering. Too many thought and unwanted thought, we call this- Waste thoughts. Waste thoughts bring disturbance and tension. Not only this, it will result to depression. And the main drawback of the waste thoughts is Our two main powers will deplete.

We have so much physical (bodily) power but as well as we have 8 Main Spiritual Powers. I am giving just name below and explained in the next post of Benefits of Rajyoga..

1. Power to Judge

2. Power to Discriminate

3. Power to Face

4. Power to Absorb

5. Power to Cooperate

6. Power to Tolerate

7. Power to Pack-up

8. Power to Withdraw

So Because of Waste thought, we waste our energy (Power) and in the result we loose or can say deplete our 2 Powers which are..

1. Power to Judge:

We have to take so many decision in life, almost in every step. So If our mind is disturbed, we can decide the things so fast and May be if we will decide, but that decision will not be accurate.

2. Power to Discriminate:

You have been hearing about the Swan. What it does. It will discriminate the pearl (The real) from the mixture of stones (Artificial) and pearl. Likewise if we have the swan like mind then we can easily choose on what things or people we have to invest our energy or money whatever.

So now how we will change our waste thoughts. See, very practically, this will not happen over a night. You need practice. So the key is SOS.

S= Stop

O= Observe

S= Switch

Stop for a while when too much thoughts are there in your mind

Observe, whether those thoughts are about past. It means those are waste because the Past is not in your control. Or these can be useful Thoughts.

Switch- If those thoughts are useful and let it go on. But for the waste thoughts, just switch to the useful thoughts.

This is the simplest key to change the thoughts.
Change your thoughts and change your world!

And what was happening?? Your focus is on what you don't want and those things, Persons and situation are coming to you.

We call this Law of Attraction. but you know what, this Law is merged in this simple word that is - FOCUS

So now what you have to do. Now you have to Just change your focus on what you want in life.

Ok! we will practice for 1 minute. Just close your eyes and think as well as feel...

the things you want in life -
  • a happy family,
  • love,
  • money,
  • job,
  • Car,
  • Bike,
  • a Home,
  • Tour or
  • a palace etc.
How you are feeling now? Happy Right.

Just keep feeling that during the day as many times as you can. Then what will happen?? Your focus on the things you want, will come closer to you.

Yes of course, the unwanted things, situations, people and thoughts will come but we have already discussed the SOS key. You can use that key and win over the negative.
